EARLY!

I have to send them early because...
I'm going to be tied up for awhile with my job. The reason? Well, we have to move a family business to a new building. (It's been in the same building for 25 years!)

What? Worried? Me? Oh no... Not me... Ha-ha, you must be jesting.... (gulp!)

Well for now, I'm putting my moving concerns worries aside, and living it up!:D

I've been enjoying the great Fall sights & colors in my neighborhood...




and thinking in Halloween colors...


and also thinking about great it is to celebrate Autumn beauty & Halloween with all of you on Desktop Nexus. This has been my Happy place ever since I joined in 2012. :)

Now with this gigantic move on the horizon, Desktop Nexus seems better than ever... Hey! Come to think of it, we could use some help with moving! Yes, there'll be clutter, dirt, sweat, and chaos, but we could pay you in Pizza and doughnuts! :D Any volunteers? :D...............................Oh well... lol can't say that I blame you. :P :)

I Wanted to drop earlier, by but family matters prevented me...
So here I am now instead! I hope you've been doing well. :)

I've been having a very busy but interesting summer. I'd like to share a part of it with you.

Some robins moved into my backyard in early June, to raise a family. Meet the Boss Robin:


And the dog he was convinced was his enemy;

The robin did his darndest to drive Katie away. It's quite a story--but it does have a happy ending. I put it in my Journal for you to read. :) I had a lot of fun writing it & choosing the photos to go with it.

Hi Megan,

It's been quite awhile since I've visited your profile, or anybody else's for that matter! I haven't been able to be on DN or even on line very much, and I've really missed it.

I've been existing between two extremes as far as my computering goes. Everything from this:

So many of us have had a tough winter. We've either been bombed with snow, shivered in freezing temperatures, or both!

If you have been experiencing this kind of weather, I hope that this wallpaper will put a smile on your face. If you have not been getting blasted by winter weather, you have something to be very thankful for! Believe me, no one who has gone through this crazy winter will ever forget it. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!

Take care of yourself, stay warm, (or cool, depending on where you live), and have a lovely week!
