I was born at the start of WW2
june8,1942 (yes I'm an old timer)
most likely refered to as that old fart.
But I never really grew up so I love
everything new.
Ran away joined Navy at 17 put
in 8 yrs.saw a lot of the world as
the recruiter said.
Cuba blockade
north & south poles,3 Med.cruises,
On X-ray station start of Vietnam
war.(2)tours FAC (forward air controller) flew around in little air
planes calling in fire from the Battle
ship. Shot down (that hurt)came home.Not a nice welcome home!
Interests:
Rockhounding Director (Sacramento Mineral Society)
Ren.Faires.Rock climbing,Caving, last two not so much any more
still love them though.
Camping (at the Beachs best)when
you live in Calif.thats not hard.
I live in Sacramento easy access to
many adventures.
Favorite Music:
Celtic mostly
Long Hair stuff(they make me listen
in the back room)
Favorite Movies:
Star Wars,Star Trek,Sci Fi,Shrek
Ice age,
Just saw Avatar what a blast
and many more(John Wayne was my hero).
Favorite TV Shows:
All the CSI shows,Fringe,Bones,
Anime Channel gets watched a lot.
Stargate,Battlestar Galactiga
