If you are the artist of a wallpaper that has been uploaded here, use the correct legal means that is under Copyright Violations on the lower left bottom of Home Page OR Report this Wallpaper under the DMCA area of the wallpaper.

Artists need to understand that your art is all over the internet without any information attached. Do you think DesktopNexus is the only place that has wallpapers? I found that Russian sites have Deviant Art on their sites. It is all over the internet!! I think if artists don't want their art being copied and put out into the cyber world they need to protect it. If it is not protected then it will end up everywhere and then they want to be rude and disrespectful to people that had nothing to do with taking the art or taking it from Deviant Art and putting it into the cyber world and changing things on the wallpaper.

If you were a professional artist, you would know that every site on the internet has a system to claim Copyright Violations and have them removed!!
Because copyrighted art is found all over the internet, already cropped of any copyright symbols, the Law has given sites the opportunity to remove it, if properly filed by the original artist!
Use the system! There are several ways, but the easiest is to click 'Report This Wallpaper' under the wallpaper on it's page..
Follow the instructions, give your e-mail and you will be contacted for more information, and it will be removed quickly.
Do NOT threaten!....or we can take our time, under the Law!
