About Me:

Northeast Independent Living Program located in Lawrence, MA is known throughout the state for helping individuals regain and retain their independence and equality in the community through Information & Referral, Advocacy, Skills Training, Peer Counseling and Transitions.

We are a community of people who open doors to create an all-inclusive community free of communication, attitudinal, economic and architectural barriers for all people with disabilities.

We serve Massachusetts residents living in Essex County, Middlesex County and the Boston area. Certain programs such as the Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Program or the Northeast Recovery Learning Community (NERLC) have expanded or reduced service areas due to funding requirements. If you have questions about a specific program, do not hesitate to ask NILP staff about which IL center is appropriate for your location.
