My husband eating glucosamine, he got it in both knees, I have eating it before, and we also got msm, we having a real drogstore at home...are you stiff in your legs like me ?

About the hip arthritis..Im looking on the net all the time, they say exersize are very good, Im eating lots of fruits, no milk, no gluten, also taking D and E, heaven knows how much Im eating in pills,fish, no red meat, the list can be long, It dont hurts so much now, but Im soooooo stiffy when i have been sitting for a while, thats my biggest problems right now...
