About Me: Well, at least not until they wake up one day with chronic sonus complete. A typical source of sonus complete is an infection within the ear which can be addressed with medication. If your doctor has not resolved your case then you should actively look for alternative solutions.

As such it seems worse at night when it is quiet and there are no external noises to mask it. It took me 18 months of suffering to finally wake up and realize that it was I that was causing the stress. Some of these you will be familiar with some you may not. Some are indicators of more serious medical conditions such as Meniere's disease or acoustic neuroma.
