Today I wanted to do an entry about my recent experience using Intuit\'s Glance Remote Screen Sharing Support service when I was having trouble with my Quickbooks Online account. Glance Intuit was quick and easy to use and I got the help I need by taking the following steps.
1) I was unsure about how the application worked so I used Google and found a mini site all about Glance Intuit.
2) The site instructed me to visit https://glance.intuit.com to get started so I did. At first I got a little bit freaked out because a download started automatically but then I check the other site and it said that this was perfectly normal and it was also pretty obvious the download came from a sub domain of powerhouse brand Intuit.
3) After downloading the app I made a call to Intuit support and they got me hooked up with the Glance support department.
4) Then I went back to the Glance intuit download site and I was able to launch the web based application and it gave me a code, which I gave the the Intuit rep over the phone. This allowed the rep to view and take over my computer and take me step-by-step through the issue I was having with Quickbooks.
All-in-all this was a fantastic service and it helped me solve my issue much quicker and easier than it would have been.
