Well I tried to figure out what kinds of pics to send today..this is what I saw in my photos first so here they are..the first one, is from an accident I was in a few years ago. Its a wonder I wasnt hurt, my car was totalled..







This second pic was of my beloved 67 chevy I owned in L.A....I fell on very hard times and had to sell it, the dude that bought it, wrecked it!

With all the crazy things going on in this world these days I started getting really stressed. So... I decided last week to write myself my prescription instead of going to the doctor for pills and more pills!
My prescription is simple: Watch as many funny videos and shows as possible every single day. Also, keep my sense of humor no matter what. Sometimes, that may be hard to do, but laughter can only help and it has amazing physical and mental benefits.
I'm happy to report that since I've been doing this as prescribed, I feel like a few tons have been lifted off my shoulders..and I'm actually starting to enjoy my days like never before..things in my life are pretty rough, but this is working for me..
