Celery is one such food item that is considered a cure for many stomach-related illnesses. Celery, in most homes, is found in raw or spice form. Very few people know that celery is available in regular vegetables from too just like other spices like turmeric and coriander. People also make juice out of celery to maintain a regular and healthy diet.

People, who tend to stay fit by drinking juice and smoothies, take a healthy and nutritive diet may also want to add celery to their juice, but unfortunately one cannot add celery as a spice in juice, you have to depend upon regular and natural celery when it comes to juices. Celery can be juiced, crushed, and squeezed in a juicer. You need no special juicer for celery juicing; a regular juicer is perfect for the purpose.

Here are some tips on drinking celery juice-

• It is best to wash the celery properly and chop (if needed because some of the juicers may not provide an in-chopping facility) and then you can put it in a juicer and make a juice out of it.

• Drinking fresh celery juice is the most important thing. If you are not drinking it immediately make sure to do it in the next 24 hours after that it may prove unhealthy for the body.

• After juicing, if you find the taste to be too strong, you can add cucumber or an apple to make the taste better and bearable to drink.

• Your digestive system will learn to adjust to the changes occurring in the body and you can slowly and steadily increase the intake of celery in your diet. This will help you to have a proper balance of nutrition and other healthy food requirements.

So, it is quite clear that you can use regular celery in a juicer for juicing. You can add fruits and vegetables according to your taste and preference and you are good to go.
