With all the crazy things going on in this world these days I started getting really stressed. So... I decided last week to write myself my prescription instead of going to the doctor for pills and more pills!
My prescription is simple: Watch as many funny videos and shows as possible every single day. Also, keep my sense of humor no matter what. Sometimes, that may be hard to do, but laughter can only help and it has amazing physical and mental benefits.
I'm happy to report that since I've been doing this as prescribed, I feel like a few tons have been lifted off my shoulders..and I'm actually starting to enjoy my days like never before..things in my life are pretty rough, but this is working for me..
