Just want to share a very recent happening of my Gloria, she recently fell while being loving cared for by her precious daughter Lizzie and Liz not able to pick her up called the fired dept. Gloria, said, "Lizzie is the Fire Dept. really coming to help us?" "Yes, Mom they are on there way here." Gloria says Lizzie where is my make-up bag I need my lipstick.") Lizzie looks puzzling at her Mom and says, "Mom , you have got to be kidding me?" " No Lizzie!" replies Gloria, " Please just get me my lipstick." Firemen arrive assist and all is well at that moment as they are able to get Gloria back in bed. At the departure of the firemen, Lizzie says, "Mom was it really worth putting on your lipstick?" Gloria replies with a smile that could melt your heart " OH, yes Lizzie, they are very handsome!" Gloria all of 87yrs never lost her sense of humor.
