I have started a new for friends list and each person of my friends they will see of your wallpaper and focus on my public profile for a day then the next ! This is a little way to say I love you as my friend and prayed for me which was so bad in the ICU and helping little things like support me on my groups, to join my groups, visit my wallpapers and after felt a little better to be back t the hospital with pneumonia. A little Carmen history re Opera in my life. Lucia De Lamamore
caused a light bulb to go on in my head one evening while
attending Los Angeles Opera at the Dorthy Chandler Pavilion
about 1991 a short time after Lou had passed one. The Mad
Scene with June Andersen Performing made such an
impression that I immediately went out to purchase tickets
for my niece Cata and my dear friend Jeanie and of
course one ticket for me and said ok my dear ones off
to the opera so you can experience Lucia de Lammermore!
The evening was wonderful & from that moment on
both Cata & Jeanie became avid opera lovers and we
attended over the years many a performance together.



While working at Los Angeles Opera I had the good fortunte
to attend all the opera's performed in the seasons while
there for 9 years. Nabucco by Verdi however touched
my heart in a very special way that if I was stranded on
a desert island and I could only take one Opera with
me it would be Nabucco. Opera as Andrea Bocelli says
has touched my life forever. I hope if you have time
