About Me:	I am 6'2" tall. About 225#. Long dark brown hair and hazel eyes. I am a classicaly trained chef and baker from Johnson and Wales University in Denver Colorado. My parents are Karen & Ron. I also have my sister Jen who is an interior decorator I am from the south-west side of Chicago Illinois. I have Lived in Mokena Illinois for the last 22 years. Prior to that I lived in Orland Park Illinois.

Interests:	Well cooking of course is an interest. Also developing techniques and procedures is kind of a hobby, but mostly its work. Boating, swimming. I cant forget vacationing. That,s a huge hobby! Anywhere I can go in the country or world, Ill take it. Music. I'm a music junkie. I have 8 guitars, and 4 amps that can destroy the windows in this house! Just call it stress relief. But I mostly play blues, so I guess the blues wont destroy any windows. Last and certainly not least, women...Beautiful, gorgeous, alluring, hypnotizing, sexy as hell women...Just check out my collection *Side note...I'm not a womanizer. Some women are works of art and must be appreciated.

Favorite Music:	Oh music. BIG subject for me. Starting from the top. Metallica, Halestorm, Evanescence, Within Temptation (Dutch hard rock band), Lacuna Coil (Italian hard rock and metal band), The Pretty Reckless, Slipknot...I also have many non-metal bands like Imelda May (Ireland), Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, Shania Twain, The Dixie Chicks, Leann Rimes...Oh I can just keep going and going!

Favorite Movies:	Poltergeist, Schindler's List, Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, Prometheus, Gone With The Wind, While you where Sleeping. Pretty much anything with Sandra Bullock. Braveheart, The Underworld movies, The Gangs Of New York, The Blind Side, Blazing Saddles. Again, anything Mel Brooks! Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Funny as hell if you haven't seen it yet. Paranormal Activity, Blue Valentine, Pirates of the Caribbean(All of them), Taken, Contagion, Dirty Dancing, Old Boy, ...And finally, ALL the JACKASS MOVIES!...
