Thanks for the nice comment on "The Lady of Shalott". I'm also a fan of Enigma and Loreena McKennitt. What makes this painting really special to me is that I saw it in person when I went to England a few years ago. It was at the Tate Museum in London. It is a very large painting, almost life-size.

I've always loved the poem "The Lady Of Shalott". I first heard part of it from the 1985 movie "Anne Of Green Gables" later in the song "Lady Of Shalott" by Loreena Mckennitt. This painting captures the feelings and the essence of the poem so beautifully.
