Waist Trimmer should only be worn during exercise for no more than 2-3 hrs at a time. Before you begin exercising, adjust your Waist Trimmer to desired position and wrap it comfortably around your abdomen. The Waist Trimmer can be worn under or over your clothing.

I saw a project that recommended this yarn online. I had previous purchased another company's miniature yarn bundles which were available in a fabric store. Those were nice, but this yarn pack offers a wide variety of color, lovely packaging and the feel of the yarn while crocheting and knitting is so soft, even though it is an acrylic yarn! I didn't know what to expect, but will definitely purchase from this company again.
