Storm (Ororo Iqadi T'Challa, née Munroe[3]) is a fictional character that appears in a number of comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Giant-Size X-Men #1 (May 1975),[4] and was created by writer Len Wein and artist Dave Cockrum. Best known as a longtime member and sometimes leader of the X-Men, Storm is the reigning queen consort of Wakanda, a title held by marriage to King T'Challa, better known as the Black Panther. She has American/Wakandan dual citizenship,[5] and, by way of marriage, is the wealthiest woman in the entire Marvel Universe. [6]

Storm is one of the most frequently used X-Men, having appeared in most of the comic books, all of animated television series, nearly all of the video games, and the live-action X-Men film series. Storm is portrayed by Halle Berry in the first three films.

Chun-Li (チュンリー?), in simplified Chinese: 春丽; traditional Chinese: 春麗, is a video game character produced by Capcom. First introduced in Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, she has since appeared as a player character in each subsequent game. Her name in Mandarin is (chūn 春 "Spring", lì 麗 "beautiful"), meaning that she is a single young girl filled with the beauty of spring.[2][3]

An undercover Interpol agent, Chun-Li enters Street Fighter II 's fighting tournament as a way of getting to its founder, M. Bison. She seeks to avenge her father, who was murdered while investigating Bison's crime syndicate, Shadaloo. Her signature move is the Hyakuretsu Kyaku (百裂脚, lit. Hundred Rending Kicks?), commonly known as the Lightning Kick, which involves repeatedly kicking her opponent from a tilted standing position. Chun-Li is notable for being the first female playable character in a fighting game,[2][4] and has acquired the nickname "First Lady of Fighting Games" among enthusiasts.

Simca (シムカ, Shimuka?), also known as Simca the Swallow (Tsubame no Shimuka?) and the "Migratory Bird", is the leader of the group. She is the twin sister of Kilik and a first generation gravity child. She was part of Tool Toul To until after Sleeping Forest is destroyed and eventually works under Nike. She takes great interest in Ikki, whom she believes is destined to one day become the legendary Sky King. She eventually has her hair cut short, abandons her usual care-free attitude, and focuses on strengthening Ikki, though she is soon attacked by Sleeping Forest and temporarily placed into a wheelchair. After Sora and Nike take over, she attempts to help Kogarasumaru enter the tournament, and she and Ikki promise to ride together afterward. Ine once exclaimed that Kururu(The New Pledge Queen) had tuning abilities equal to Simca; Simca was meant to be the succeeding Pledge Queen after Ine, but she left Tool Toul To after the breakdown of the old Sleeping Forest. Early in the manga, Ikki fell in love with her, and she constantly appears naked to him or allows him to hug her while she's naked as a reward. This is done much to Ringo's chagrin.

Digimon hatch from eggs called Digi-Eggs/Digitama. In the English iterations of the franchise there is another type of Digi-Egg that can be used to digivolve, or transform, Digimon. This second type of Digi-Egg is called a "Digimental" in Japanese. They age via a process called "Digivolution" which changes their appearance and increases their powers. The effect of Digivolution, however, is not permanent in the partner Digimon of the main characters in the anime, and Digimon who have digivolved will most of the time revert back to their previous form after a battle or if they are too weak to continue. Some Digimon act feral. Most, however, possess large amounts of intelligence and human speech. They are able to digivolve by the use of Digivices that their human partners have. In some cases, as in the first series, the DigiDestined (known as the 'Chosen Children' in the original Japanese) had to find some special items such as crests and tags so the Digimon could digivolve in another further stages of evolution known as Ultimate and Mega in the dub.

The first Digimon anime introduces the Digimon life cycle: They age in a similar fashion to real organisms, but do not die under normal circumstances because they are made of reconfigurable data. Any Digimon that receives a fatal wound will dissolve into infinitesimal bits of data. The data then recomposes itself as a Digi-Egg, which will hatch when rubbed gently, and the Digimon goes through its life cycle again. Digimon who are reincarnated in this way will sometimes retain some or all their memories of their previous life. However, if a Digimon's data is completely destroyed, they will die.
