Hi Karyn, so glad to hear that all went well and that you are recovering nicely. With a bonus inch or so too, nice one!!!I would happily send you some of our warm weather, we are sick of the heat now but I know from past experience how wearing the cold can be so I sympathise. I am thinking of all that lovely cold weather food you can cook. I made some roast lamb today and that was a mistake. Tasted great but I was sweltering even with the air con on.
