I have uploaded two pictures of Cleveland Bay Horses. One picture is of a Mare and Foal and the other is of a young stallion (also a Cleveland Bay). The breed is presently on the endangered list as there are so few of them any more (in this case less than 2000 horses). During the 1800\'s the Cleveland Bay Horse was considered one of the best (if not the best) carriage horse in England.
At the present time The Royal Family is the largest breeder of the Cleveland Bay Horse with those horse\'s being used for ceremonies associated with the Queen and with the Mounted Horse Guards as well. The majority of the Cleveland Bays are in England with the next largest group being in the United States.
