Just about the most vital point to bear in mind is that, even if you don't feel like it is a good idea, you must try to keep on being lively. I don't necessarily mean that you should be hitting the gym seven days a week or running cross-country races. However you must attempt to go walking, jog, ride a bike or do something because it will help.
