About Me: All financial news is poor, as the expressing has it. But all news about the housing industry is awful, calamitous, terrifying. Charges are increasing? It is a bubble! This can only finish in tears! Prices are slipping? See? What did I tell you! Prices neither growing nor falling? They are poised to begin increasing/slipping once more! Must we be concerned about the housing market place? A whole lot of people feel you should be, practically constantly based on the exact same, shock-horror stats: the average property price in Canada has doubled given that 2001 the typical Canadian household is carrying mortgage-fuelled credit card debt equal to 165 per cent of income.
