The new parents cosied up as they left celeb hotspot, Sexy Fish restaurant in London after dinner and cocktails.
Billi, 27, stood out in a super bright dinner date outfit, flashing her tan in a neon pink and black zebra print dress.
The figure-hugging number was teamed with an equally colourful purple, grey and pink furry wrap to keep out the winter chill.

The former TOWIE star added a pair of towering ankle-strap heels and slicked her blonde locks back for her night on the town.
A full face of makeup was the finishing touch as she flashed a huge smile while holding hands with her dapper man after their cosy dinner for two.
The West Ham United player matched his fiancee\'s dressed up style with a smart black coat teamed with skinny jeans ripped at the knee and suede boots.
Billi Instagrammed a photo of her posh drinks over dinner, telling her 332k followers she was enjoying her \'date night\'.
Andy proposed to Billi last November, although the pair are yet to set the date for their wedding, and they welcomed their first child together in June.
The sportsman, who already has two children from a previous relationship - Emilie Rose, five, and son Lucas, three - has graced his second son with his middle name, Thomas.
The pair even share the same initials much to Billi\'s obvious delight, and she refers to the father and son as \'Big AC and Little AC\'.
