Hi Richard, Randy here. Welcome to the site, and welcome the club of ' heart-n-stoke ' health issues. You are not alone ! Keep moving forward, just like you are on this DN site. Don't be afraid to write in your journal and allow other people to ' look over you shoulder ' . You'd be surprised the encouragement someone else may pick up from a heart felt comment you've written in your diary. I've learned this by watching my wife go through her health issues. How other people are encouraged by her behavior... myself included !

You have your Bible, perfect place to start when that age ol' question comes to mind... " what-do-I-do ? ". Then, after a good breakfast , start creating your ; NEW-NORMAL . Every thing that was ' normal ' before, is not anymore. Trust in God to give you the strength and coordination when your trying to 2-step again, or throw the fishing lure into the reeds instead of the trees...

And don't forget to look through some of the amassing wallpapers on this site. " a picture is worth 1000 words " ; some times I just ' favorite '( add to my collection ) a picture and that is my journal entry for the day .
