Best non-alcoholic beer

2022 has seen a spectacular rise in the number of alcohol-free beers that have come onto the market. Some of these beers are from well known brands such as Guinness, Heineken and Carlsberg whilst other alcohol-free beers originate from craft and micro brewers.

Why the increase in popularity of these beers? Well, the simple answer is they taste great, have low calories, most are gluten-free and nearly all these alcohol-free beers are suitable for vegans. Here at My Dry Bar we’ve been reviewing all the best alcohol-free drinks on the market and the most of these drinks are beers; more than 70% of our reviews are around beers.

When it comes to the type of beers available there are a great number to choose from. There are refreshing alcohol-free lagers from America, punchy tasting non-alcoholic IPAs from Belgium, isotonic wheat beers available from Germany, decadent non-alcoholic stouts from the UK and fruity craft beers from the Netherlands. In fact you’ll be surprised to know that most countries around the world now offer a great selection of non-alcoholic beers for those who don’t want the alcohol.

Alcohol-free beers are also great drinks if you are pregnant, on antibiotics and medication or just trying to ween yourself off alcohol. Most of these beers do not have much alcohol in them, on average 0.5% (the same as some foods), but you can also get beers that literally have zero alcohol in them; although they can be a bit sweet.

So, if you are looking for a great range of alcohol-free beer reviews and want to drink only the best then make sure you check out and subscribe to My Dry Bar and keep informed of all the latest products that come onto the market. At the end of the day, if you want to remain sober and not put on the extra pounds then alcohol-free drinking (especially beers) is certainly the way forward.
