About Me: 大部分孤獨症患兒在3歲以前就可以出現相應的表現。 因此，如果發現有疑似自閉症的表現：對父母呼聲不敏感、缺乏恰當的肢體動作、語言發育延遲等，尤其是家族中有精神疾病病史的兒童，需要及時去兒科或精神科就診。

診斷流程
至今為止，還沒有相關的實驗室檢查指標和影像學檢查指標可以用於自閉症的診斷。 自閉症的診斷依然主要基於兒童的發展及行為特徵，詳細的病史採集，和全面的神經精神檢查評估。

通常情況下，醫生會先了解患兒的生長發育情況，詳細採集患兒及其親屬的病史。 然後通過心理評估（多種孤獨症相關量表），判斷是否需要將兒童轉介到專業機構進一步確診。 在完成早期篩查後，醫生會根據患兒臨床表現，有針對性地選擇實驗室檢查，以進一步輔助診斷。

相關檢查

醫生會主要檢查患兒軀體發育情況，如頭圍、面部特徵、身高、體重、有無先天畸形、視覺和聽覺有沒有障礙、有無神經功能受損的表現等。

心理評估量表
常用篩查兒童自閉症量表：主要幫助評估患兒的智力發育、行為症狀等。 包括改良嬰幼兒孤獨症量表（M-CHAT）、自閉症行為評定量表（ABC），克氏自閉症行為量表（CABS）。
