Feeder belts
The  Feeder belts has the advantages of softer, higher speed, more accurate and lower noise, which greatly improves the product qualification rate and labour productivity.
The head belt is red and very soft, with small grooves on the surface, which ensures a very good friction between the paper and the belt, and the belt life is greatly extended, so that the paper never slips.
These endless friction belts are used in high-performance feeders (e.g. Bobst, Jagenberg, Tanabe) for paper, cardboard and plastic. In addition to these folding / gluing machines, many letter sorting machines (e.g. NEC, Siemens, Wincor) use our vacuum feed belts.
The coatings used (often without welding seam) have a high frictional value and are very wear-resistant, any mechanical operation is possible.
The YONGHANG® Feeder belts are made of high-quality natural rubber (NR) - comparable to LINATEX. This specially developed rubber quality guarantees constant high friction and excellent wear resistance.
