I am a social media sites influencer as well as instantly find myself loaded with anger for no noticeable reason. It's usually because of having bad boundaries whether by being respectful and agreeing to adhere to somebody and getting no follow back in return. I don't mind helping others, but eventually, it obtains frustrating. The only alternative that I could consider is to un-follow them.
