About Me:Una forma diferente de superar tu ansiedad de raíz. Sin pastillas peligrosas ni años de terapias. Prácticamente 9 de cada 10 de nuestros alumnos aseguran estar estancados con su ansiedad. Recurren a las típicas soluciones para la ansiedad y ven cómo se va su tiempo, su vida y su dinero, pero la ansiedad se queda. Según uno de mis mentores el Psiquiatra Dr Peter Breggin, más del 90% de las terapias convencionales fracasan porque no se centran en trabajar sobre el origen del problema. Solo trabajan sobre los síntomas y pensamientos, pero no sobre el origen del problema.
Solo cuando eliminas el problema desde su raíz, lo eliminas para siempre.
