About Me:到了每天闔家團聚的日子，每到大年三十晚，家家戶戶都會忙碌準備團年飯了，現在許多家庭為了方便省事，會直接在酒樓／餐廳進食團年飯，但一個正統的年飯還是由全家一起辛苦準備出來會更有團年的氣氛吧！一家人圍坐在熱氣騰騰的飯桌旁，一起迎接喜慶熱鬧的新一年。
其實團年飯，又稱年夜飯，其菜單在各地都有分別。

湖南，團年飯裏自然也少不了香辣菜色！一條1公斤的大鯉魚，一個3公斤左右的大豬手是湖南地區過年的必備年菜，俗稱「團年魚」和「團年豬手」，而「團年」，顧名思義，也就是團團圓圓又一年，去舊迎新歲之意。

老北京的團年飯除了「硬菜」外，美味零食也是必不可少的。像古代祭神祭祖用的糕點——蜜供、薩其瑪等，也是家中必備的食物。北京人的年飯裏，還有一道不得不提的傳統菜品——「豆兒醬」，這是老北京人家喻戶曉的一道菜。「豆兒醬」是一種由肉皮、豆腐干、黃豆、青豆、水芥做成的涼菜，清爽可口，用來佐酒開胃，最合適不過了！
