How to have a better day:

1. Make a list of projects.
2. Eat something good.
3. Laugh at yourself.
4. Think happy thoughts.
5. Don't think too hard!
6. Drink plenty of water; must stay hydrated.
7. Dance if the mood strikes you.
8. Make new friends, or visit old ones.
9. Don't watch commercials; they will make you ill.
10. Watch a good movie.
11. Plan to bake ribs tomorrow.
12. Invite friends to help eating your fine cooking.
13. Draw something, even if you can't think of anything.
14. Eat a healthy evening meal.
15. Buy a feather mattress for a luxurious night of sleep!
16. Say your prayers and sleep well.
