It looks like a Chocolate with flaxen mane and tail Rocky Mountain Horse.

That is not a white GSD. It's a Golden Retriever, which for some strange reason (show fads) are now very pale and white. To get the deep, rich golden red color, you pretty much have to go to hunting...
