About Me:新一代的新人在籌備婚禮時，很多時只着重婚禮流程、佈置、婚紗化妝等這些在婚禮能看見的細節。但其實在傳統禮數中，選擇那一日結婚，即老人家常說的「擇日」，我們都不能隨意忽略。以下分享四個責任感嘅，寧可信其有不可信其無。

婚禮大日子應該避開雙方父母和自己生日撞日
婚宴擺酒是一對新人的大日子，應該要避免與雙方父母和自己的生日同日進行。一些新人會突然選擇在家人或自己生日當日結婚，以為這樣便有雙喜臨門的意義。但是在中國傳統名理想，如果婚禮日子與父母和或自己新日相沖，即是代表犯煞，將不利於新人日後的相處。

女士優先為重
中國傳統就是重男輕女，不少比較傳統的家庭每樣南方決定因為大日子的日期，但其實在擇日子時，應該以新娘的出身月份為主來作考慮因素，然後才考慮男家其他人的出生日期來選出大喜之日。中國有俗語說「只靠出生時，女靠行嫁年」，意思是女方在挑選出嫁日子當中是相當重要的。

避開與「先人」有關的日子
「紅、白事不能相沖」是我們經常聽到長輩說的話，中國傳統節日例如清明節、七月盂蘭節和重陽節都是與已過身的人相關的，很多玄學家俗稱以上三個月分為「鬼月」，因此不宜辦理喜事。
