Bring the bar down so that it rests near the middle of the traps. Your hips, glutes and hamstrings will have to work harder and this will allow you to squat more weight. When you are trying to build muscle, make sure your diet is full of whole, fresh foods. Avoid pre-packaged foods that come in boxes, which often contain chemicals, preservatives, and fillers that can hinder your body's ability to heal itself.
