If you want to go a bit further you could print up the steps. I just would not recommend sprinting down the steps because you don't want to trip and hurt yourself.
Go for a walk after dinner. One of the easiest things that you can do to help lose weight and improve your overall health is to go for a walk after dinner. To be perfect I would suggest that you go for a walk for one hour because that's what it takes to burn through all of the extra sugar floating around in your bloodstream and finally get to burning around body fat.
