Eligibility and prerequisites

The examination
This intermediate-level examination is of 90 minutes long with 8 MCQs. These questions are scenario-based and are rated on the gradient scoring method. The exam is designed to assess applicants recalling power, the prowess to the application of knowledge, assessment of problem management. It will evaluate internal and external metrics, comprehension of the seven-step improvement process, implementing improvement, defining and managing needs et cetera.

The CSI model
In this module, you will learn about the most important concept of CSI. It is the CSI model that is laced with the CSI approach. The model is all about the creation of Vision, presence analysis, projected growth, tactics to reach there, baseline assessment, measurement of targets. And it is lastly implementing service and process improvement with constant matrices analysis.
