Our floorplans take into consideration mobility issues so there are no stairs and the designs are comfortable, open, and flexible. Our homes are designed to accomodate large family gatherings. We are big enough to start communities and finish them out, even when markets undergo downturns. In fact, unlike most developers, we construct our clubhouse amenities early on in the project, not at the end.
