In any home purchase, it is important to know your builder. We know what we’re doing. Creating active senior communities is all we do, and providing features important to empty-nesters is our mission and focus.



We are big enough to start communities and finish them out, even when markets undergo downturns. In fact, unlike most developers, we construct our clubhouse amenities early on in the project, not at the end.


Nobody likes surprises . . . unless they are good ones. We attribute our high customer satisfaction to our “no surprise” policy. The only surprise you should have is how easy and stress free it is to move into your new home.
