Ok so why didnâ€™t I think of these before? They are wonderful. Iâ€™ve had serious surgery which has left my abdomen in less than perfect shape and zip up pants simply do not fit properly anymore. I can wear the same size as before but if I sit down the waist band digs into my surgery area and causes a lot of pain. Buying the next larger pants are way too big everywhere else but the waist.
