About Me:	Im Disabled Male wheelchair user born and raised educated in the Philadelphia Pa area Chester Delaware County Pennsylvania Im disabled in wheel chair since 9/11/01 before then was able to walk with a cane but my legs gave out when still living in the Carolinas then decided to move to Minnesota where the disabled are able to function as they need to.
