To determine their behavioral skills, ask questions like “How well do you collaborate with other team members?”, “How well can you take criticism?”, or “Tell us about a time when you handled a challenging situation?” etc.
6) Give them a trial project:
After this whole process, if you find a candidate suitable for your job, give them a trial project. It is the best way to test the skills and creativity of the candidate as well as their commitment to the company. If you think that your project will take a longer time, you can pay a small amount to the candidate for the project. But make sure you convey this thing in advance to the candidate. This motivates them to perform better and will also show them your professionalism.
