If you’re main goal is putting on weight and muscle. There is no easy way to say it, but literally you have to eat more then you think is possible.

You really need a strong appetite to be able to eat all the food which is necessary for putting on weight and muscle. Not just any food though, you must eat healthy and ensure you are eating plenty of high calorie foods.

A good weight gain diet and nutrition is critical for gaining muscle mass naturally. As a 25 year old male I was underweight and unhappy with my self image.

I was 112lbs and 5’8 tall. Once I decided that being so skinny was killing me and the life I was living was so bad that the future held nothing positive for me.

I finally decided that I was not going down without a fight. I would not succumb to being miserable the rest of my life as long as there was something I could do about it.

I took this intensity to the local gym signed up and literally began eating non stop for the next 6 months while pounding my body with weights 3-4 days every week.

I went from 112lbs to 160lbs in a little over 6 months and by the end of 1 year I was considered a “body builder” I was noticeably defined and heavily developed by comparison.

A new passion was born in my life. Once people looked at me in disgust now they wanted to be like me, every where I go I get the same question

and obviously the opposite sex noticed immediately the change in my appearance and self confidence and the same girls who used to laugh at me now were throwing themselves at me.

Do not fall victim to the hyped up supplement companies which promise huge muscle gains in no time.

It is nothing but BS with no credible research. Don’t get me wrong, supplementation can indeed help out if done correctly, but it’s no magic bullet and the first priority should be eating right and lifting weights.

Gaining weight during maternity is common. During the growth stage, human body changes to accept more space for baby. In fact, absence of pregnancy weight gain may even result in major health hazards.

More to the point, acquiring heaviness does not denote that you can never get free from that weight. Getting back to the swig is the important key.

Bear in mind, the body is actually recovering from diverse alterations. Your muscles are still overstretched and ligaments are soft. If your physique is not set then both of these can cause severe injury.

Start with the things in a low speed. Make new diet and exercise plan. Consult your physician to lose pregnancy weight healthily. Notably, ensure the consumption of balanced diet which contains sufficient amount of essential and vital nutrients.

It will keep you as well as your baby healthy and fit. Avoid foods like sodium, processed foods, caffeine and sugars.

They are bad for you and your baby as well. Move every day with your baby.

However, it is best means to get few work out (doing laundry or blankets for these small clothes can give an excellent start).

Even the sleeping pattern plays a crucial role. Good sleep can help you to lose pregnancy weight healthily.

Lack of proper sleep badly affects the hormones and you may even end up consuming a lot. Additionally, it also slows down the metabolic rate resulting in fatigue or exhaustion.
