| I stated a Computer Business when I was finishing a Associates in Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology I was working Contract for Jabil Circuit Building motherboards for Dell Laptop Computers. I also worked at AT&T as a Engineer Testing Modems on the production line in St Petersburg,Fl.
So Windows 95 was just released when I started the company we were in a very small building in St Petersburg,Fl My Partner Rob Tuchol had ran a Radio Shack Store so I learned a lot about Retail Store Management when we opened a NEW 1500 Square Foot Retail Store on 5th avenue north in St Petersburg,Fl The company was called Tampa Bay Communications Inc. We were across the street from a Dairy Hut and a Flower Shop About one block from the Main Library in St Petersburg,Fl.
We stayed at that location until the lease ran out and the owner of teh building sold.
After that we relocated to Belcher Road in Largo, Fl which did not have the traffic flow that we had at the old location but offered a strip mall there wit several other business. I stayed there until IU started having Physical problems from a pituitary Brain Tumor which I did not know at the time was there. The next year while working at 7 Eleven I thought I had a Heart Attack I was taken to Largo Medical Center where my Doctor did several test to check my heart and found no problems there. the next step was a CAT scan which did not show anything either. The MRI however did revel a Pituitary Tumor which was a very serious matter and had to be removed right away within that month!!
So I was taken to Tampa General Hospital bu ,my Ex wife Betty Duffey.After I was prepared for surgery Dr Vale from USF Medical Staff did remove the pituitary Tumor 85% was removed and I was told that the Tumor could return after 5 to 10 years but so far no problems or systolic are present I have a MRI every other year to check for any new growth. I have to take medication as My Body does not produce normal hormones that other people have. I am 100% Social Security Disabled and I was awarded SSDI in December of 2006. So Now I try to do part time Computer Work from home I have not made any money from this yet despite 2 online ads with Craig's List. I would like to make a additional 200 to 300 a month.
I have gotten rid of my Cell Phone and my Cox Cable Bill. I don't have any other things which I can cut from my budget. |
