Hi Fatima, welcome to the site!
Click on "My account" - at the top of your page.
You will see "upload wallpaper".
If you click on it you will see the rules - read the rules first.
You can then upload a wallpaper from your computer.
If you still have a problem, let me know.
Good luck! PS: there are many cat wallpapers to choose from in the animals category
