Eric joined MCI telecoms in 1992 after receiving his marketing degree from Penn State. Over the course of two years, he outperformed a sales team of thousands and earned a spot among the top salespeople in company history. In 1994, he went out on his own, and he has since worked for organizations including LifeTronix, Nutrition for Life, Melaleuca, Telecom Solutions, and ACN.
He was well-prepared to start Gas Up USA as a result of all of these previous endeavors. During its first ten months of operation, this illustrious start-up, founded in 2002, recruited 75,000 clients and generated $10MM in sales. Many of its ideas are still in use today. When Mr. Dalius joined Gas UP, he was exposed to success unlike anything he had ever known. It was at this point that he began to consider his future and the chance to give back.
As a result of the establishment of the Eric J. Dalius Foundation, Eric Dalius was ultimately able to realize his dream. The philanthropic world was Eric's place of comfort. In order to help students who are having trouble finishing college, he has established scholarships since 2020.
Miami Beach is the home of Eric and his lovely wife Kimberly Dalius.
