Below is a direct account of Great Flood from God\'s own mouth. Why this is important is because it shows that the flood was not localized over the Middle East but that it was global. Mud-Flood phenomena is proving it did happen.
"Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD." Genesis 6:5-8
"And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die. But I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall go into the ark—you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. Of the birds after their kind, of animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind, two of every kind will come to you to keep them alive. And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them.”
"17 For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth. 18 The waters rose and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water. 19 They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered. 20 The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits. 21 Every living thing that moved on land perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. 22 Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. 23 Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark." Genesis:7
"8 But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded. 2 Now the springs of the deep and the floodgates of the heavens had been closed, and the rain had stopped falling from the sky. 3 The water receded steadily from the earth. At the end of the hundred and fifty days the water had gone down, 4 and on the seventeenth day of the seventh month the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat. 5 The waters continued to recede until the tenth month, and on the first day of the tenth month the tops of the mountains became visible." My understanding of what happened after the flood is:
The whole cities and the buildings that withstood the flood emerged out of the mud and the gold and gems that were mined before the flood and used to ornate it\'s occupants were also washed out over the land. Noah\'s descendants eventually claimed everything they found and the new dawn of violence emerged because of the man\'s greed. Wars were fought, harsh laws and lack of justice prevailed in all the land where humans settled. Climate also changed and the two polar regions of the Earth got buried in ice and snow.
The most profound realization is that we still live on Atlantis. We are using buildings and bridges they have built. We have everything they have made including the giant books and instruments, crowns and tiaras, statues, know-how of many things they thought us before the flood and yet, we say... not true. God is removing the veil from the eyes of mankind. Don\'t be the last one to see it.
