The average voltage of the throttle valve is out of range in open stop
Governor max deviation is more than the standard value
Governor min deviation is more than the standard value

Effect:
Torque limit : 0% or 10% SVS

6) Condition for Clearing the Fault Code
1. open stop :from It is range from 534mV to 888mV between 240 and 215 Pin
2. Governor MAX deviation : The Governor Deviation is not going for 480ms
3. Governor MIN deviation : The Governor Deviation is not going for 480ms
