thinking in case your ears are functioning well. Maybe you don't observe that the smartphone or doorbell is ringing. Perhaps you have trouble expertise conversations and find your self saying "What?" plenty, especially whilst speakme to a set of human beings, a younger baby, or a person with a speech impediment.
