Not really. If it is swaying, side to side as it's standing on two legs, it is trying to identify what you are, or if you are really there. A deer will do the same thing. The biggest difference in the results is that a deer, if it chases you -it won't eat you after it catches you. This is where the deer differs from the bear. The bear will catch you, wrestle you, throw you into rocks or trees, to soften you or make you stop screaming. The bear will partly eat you on the spot, then carry your remaining parts to its den. Or, it will drag you by a leg to the den. Not a good place to be......:(:(
