Hello,Jeff.Sorry for the delay,but I just saw your comment.That photo was not taken in Paris...It is Bucharest,the capital of Romania.If you take a better look at the photo you will see the flag of my country...That road is called Kiseleff Boulevard and at the end is The Triumphal Arch...Initially built of wood in 1922 to honor the bravery of Romanian soldiers who fought in World War 1.The Triumphal Arch was rebuilt between 1935-1936 in granite by Architect Petre Antonescu.Is certainly Romania:)
