When planting [URL=https://wholesalecarnations.com/]carnations[/URL], space them about 6-12 inches apart to allow for their growth and air circulation. Dig a hole that is slightly larger than the root ball of the plant and place the carnation in the hole at the same depth it was growing in its container. Gently backfill the hole with soil and water thoroughly to eliminate air pockets. Applying a layer of mulch around the base of the plants can help retain moisture and suppress weeds.
