June, 2020 – We are not our feelings or emotions. We are not even our experiences. We are the witnesses of all these things. Embracing these facts helps us realize that our external world has no influence on our emotional states unless we let it. Wouldn’t it be valuable to learn how to guard our minds from the external negative environment plus people’s toxic behavior, and stand our grounds as naturally peaceful beings, maintain our sanities and then become the authorities of our experiences?

Dr. Jacent Mpalyenkana-Murray, PhD, MBA recently published The Sanity Warrior: Becoming the Authority of Your Experiences, which illustrates our inborn power to transcend negative thinking and negative feeling. Dr. Jacent Mpalyenkana-Murray is a spiritual counselor, professional speaker and transformational coach. She is also a published author of seven books. Jacent is the founder of the Global Worry-free day founded on March 1st, 2014, and a member of IMHS church, and the Esoteric Theological Seminary.

“In life we experience the most unpredictable and insane encounters which normally leave us disoriented. Life is mysterious and it takes more than wishful thinking to stay sane and focused when challenges and problems show up,” said Dr. Mpalyenkana-Murray.

In this book, Dr. Mpalyenkana-Murray shared real life stories, supported with fully researched data to expose the chaos in our world today and how a negativity-infused environment affects our emotional wellbeing, mental health and personal progress in general. She employed philosophical, spiritual, religious, psychological and other emotional intelligence techniques to discuss thirteen strategies designed to help readers learn how to control the virus of the mind from influencing their emotional well-being.

Jacent\'s passion for her work is inspired by her life’s adversaries. She candidly shares her stories on how she liberated her life from all unnecessary emotional baggage. And her intention is to inspire and empower others through her books, public lectures, and personal development programs.

“Behaviour is the end result of the prevailing stories in one’s mind: change the stories, and then change the behavior,” Dr. Jacent Mpalyenkana-Murray concluded.

Dr. Mpalyenkana-Murray lives on four premises based on questions that she figured out after experiencing several life adversaries of her own that led to finding her life’s true purpose. Every day she asks herself these three questions:

Have I loved enough and shared my honest feelings with those I love?
Have I positively impacted someone’s life today?
Have I been grateful for all I have?
Was I authentic in everything I did? Was I true to myself?

No matter what your life’s journey is about, this book is guaranteed to generate feelings of empathy, make you laugh, cry, and then get you feeling so inspired to keep moving forward no matter what. You will have the opportunity to learn some practical self-empowering nuggets deliberated to help you become a witness of your own experiences, manage your emotional well-being, learn how to respond instead of react, have a more peaceful life and have more clarity about your life purpose.

If you feel like you are trapped within yourself, and bombarded daily with self-doubt, fear, confusion, frustration and feelings of stuck-ness or you are simply baffled about your life’s purpose, this book can greatly help you improve your mental and emotional wellbeing. To achieve true emotional and mental wellbeing, it is important to achieve the state of being where you can independently think, feel, act and be you in harmony.
